Ixia's extensive range of Dragonfly® Pick and Place denesters all incorporate the unique Snapdragon® quick change tooling, allowing operators to change tray type and sizes in under 2 minutes. This unique, versatile and effective Snapdragon® system enables Ixia to offer its clients the right solution for every packaging application with no operator set-up. We at Ixia call it the 'PLUG & GO' system.
Ixia's range of denesters include both the standard intermittent [IPP] and the Rotary [RPP] systems designed for both simple one line projects through to multi-lane, high speed machines for bespoke applications.
In addition, Ixia offers a full turnkey system of Lid placement, Lid compressing systems and for trays with lids attached, specialised lid turning and closure systems.
NEW - Ixia has recently launched the new flexible lane Dragonfly denester which allows the customer to change from ONE LANE TO MULTIPLE LANES using the patented Snapdragon Multi- Lane cassette system. A NEW installation at MCVITIES factory allows the operators to change the number of lanes in under 2 minutes - it couldn't be simpler.
